Tom is a graduate of the University of Akron where he played football and received a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice/Political Science.  Tom received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Akron in 1991.  Tom was admitted to the Ohio Bar in May of 1991, at which time he entered into private practice.  Tom practices in both state and federal courts. Tom’s areas of practice include criminal defense, bodily injury and wrongful death.  Tom handles a wide variety of felony and misdemeanor cases ranging from Aggravated Murder to Disorderly Conduct and a large volume of OVI/DUI cases.  Tom also represents the interests of persons injured in automobile accidents and families who lose a loved one due to the negligence of another.
